COLORS acquires TV rights for Super Fight League
~ Super Fight League kicks off on Sunday, March 11th 2012 in Mumbai ~


Mumbai, March 9th 2012: COLORS collaborates with Raj Kundra and Sanjay Dutt of Super Fight League (SFL); the channel acquires Broadcast rights to telecast Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Having forayed into the sports entertainment genre with Ring Ka King, COLORS now marks its dominance in the alternative sports entertainment genre by adding the Super Fight League to its kitty. The Super Fight League is India's first professionally organized Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighting league that kicks off on Sunday, March 11, 2012 in Mumbai and will be telecasted on COLORS.


Building on the growing interest in alternative and non-cricket sports entertainment, a unique format has been adopted for the Super Fight League. It will involve real freestyle fighting and will be preceded by 45 minutes of live Bollywood-style entertainment from leading stars including Bipasha Basu.

The Super Fight League will kick off on Sunday, March 11th 2012 at Andheri Sports Complex, Mumbai and will be telecast on COLORS.
